ELEGG Finance publishes FX-risk analysis and decision-support tools for mid-market corporates: bank-margin analysis on hedging operations, theoretical pricing, indicative valuation (MTM), needs-and-coverage tracking, and support in structuring hedging policies. ELEGG Finance executes no orders, performs no reception-transmission of orders nor portfolio management for third parties, markets no financial product and earns no commission on users' transactions. ELEGG Finance does not provide personalised investment advice on financial instruments within the meaning of MiFID II, and does not act as a banking-operations intermediary (IOBSP) nor as a financial-investment advisor (CIF) without the required accreditation or status. Any transaction must be carried out and validated with an authorised institution (bank, investment-services provider).

All content of the eleggfinance.com website (text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and their layout) is the exclusive property of ELEGG Finance or its partners, and is protected by French and international intellectual-property laws. Any total or partial reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of the site's elements, by any means or process, is forbidden without the prior written authorisation of ELEGG Finance.

Uploading a term-sheet PDF on the Pricer page is subject to a separate explicit consent (checkbox). If you accept, an anonymised version of the document is stored in our calibration corpus; without your consent, the PDF is processed in memory and immediately discarded. Deletion of a contribution on simple request to contact@eleggfinance.com.
No data is transferred outside the European Union, except for hosting by Vercel Inc. (USA), which adheres to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023).

The values displayed (bank margin, theoretical premium and rates, MTM valuation, scenario projections, proposed strategies) are indicative figures computed using standard models (Garman-Kohlhagen, Reiner-Rubinstein, Monte-Carlo simulation) and indicative market parameters; they are theoretical, have no contractual value, and may differ from the prices actually dealt by your bank. This information in no way constitutes personalised investment advice, an offer, a solicitation, or a recommendation to enter or not enter into a transaction. Any decision is the sole responsibility of the user, who must validate it with an authorised professional. ELEGG Finance cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of this site.
In particular, the valuations delivered by the MTM tracking tool (client space) and by the freely accessible pricer are negotiation references: they help executives and finance teams ground their discussions with their bank (theoretical price level, margin, resale value of a hedge), but they are not exact execution values. The price actually dealt depends on market conditions at the precise moment of the transaction, on liquidity, and on the counterparty's margins and commercial policy. These valuations cannot be enforced against a financial institution nor serve as a contractual basis.

The eleggfinance.com website may contain links to third-party sites (partner brokers, documentary resources, articles). ELEGG Finance exercises no control over these sites and disclaims any responsibility regarding their content, privacy policy or practices.
Some introductions offered on the site — notably the pricer's “Recommended partners” section — fall under business-referral partnerships: ELEGG Finance may receive remuneration from the partner concerned (notably Ebury) when a commercial relationship is formed further to an introduction. This remuneration has no impact on the terms granted to the user, who remains entirely free to choose any other provider. The partners displayed are selected by ELEGG Finance; their presence constitutes neither a guarantee nor investment advice.
